Bridges Grant Solutions, LLC was created when Cybill Bridges who is a seasoned grant writer with a unique set of skills and experience came to a realization that her skills and knowledge sets her apart in the field. 

She began her journey in the fundraising sector, working for a nonprofit venture capital organization that focused on promoting minority-operated companies. During her tenure, she contributed to increasing the organization's deal flow from $20 million to $26 million over two years, while discovering her passion for community development.

Cybill then transitioned into the aviation industry, where she realized the potential to merge her interests in fundraising and aviation. This insight led to the founding of Bridges Grant Solutions, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping organizations reach their highest heights.

With a robust foundation in nonprofit giving, complemented by her knowledge in aviation, Cybill has honed her skills in funder relationships, board governance, funding research, and grant writing. She has further enriched her expertise by completing two extensive 100-hour courses under the mentorship and guidance of "Dr. Bev" – known as THE GRANT DOCTOR.

Cybill is passionate about using her skills to support minority and aviation nonprofits in creating meaningful impacts in their communities.
